At Max Trane Photography, we take great care in packaging and shipping your photography prints and framed prints.

Refund Policy for Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged due to delivery, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement.

To process a damaged item claim:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maxtranephotography.com

  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging as proof.

  • Once verified, we will issue either a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note: We are unable to issue refunds or replacements without photographic proof of damage.


Return Policy

We do accept returns for photography prints and framed prints that are not damaged. However, the following conditions apply:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method.
